Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Start a return by contacting us with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges
Fragrance is personal. If a composition is not right for you, we will make it right — within the limits that hygiene and safety allow.
Opened bottles
Once a bottle is unsealed we cannot resell it, so opened fragrances are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. In those cases we replace or refund in full, including shipping.
Damaged or incorrect items
Photograph the parcel and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection at our cost and dispatch a replacement as soon as it is confirmed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts the credit within five to ten business days of our confirmation.
